What we keep when you send us an enquiry, and why.
What we keep
When you send an enquiry — from the chat or the quote form — we keep your name and mobile number and anything else you choose to tell us: your company, the site, the building you need and your email. For a chat, we also keep the conversation.
Why
Only to answer your enquiry: our sales team uses it to call you and prepare a quotation. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
The AI assistant
The chat is answered by an AI assistant that runs on Claude, made by Anthropic. Your messages go to Anthropic to write each reply. We save nothing from a chat until you tap "Send to sales team" or "Request a call".
Where it is kept
In our company's own system, on servers in Mumbai, India. Our sales team is also sent your name, mobile number and requirement on WhatsApp. This website is hosted by Vercel.
How long
While we deal with your enquiry and any order that follows. To see or delete what we hold about you, write to us at inquiry@absprojects.in
