PEB buildings
Pre-engineered, not pre-assembled.
A pre-engineered building is engineered as a complete steel system — tapered primary frames, cold-formed secondary members and a light-gauge envelope — optimised for your span, loads and use, then fabricated to fit and bolted up on site.
Anatomy of a PEB
What defines a PEB
Built-up primary frames
Tapered columns and rafters follow the bending moment — steel goes where the load is, and nowhere it isn't.
Cold-formed secondary
Z & C purlins and girts carry the cladding to the frames at a fraction of the weight of hot-rolled sections.
A light steel envelope
Galvalume-class and pre-painted profiles, standing-seam systems and insulated panels close the building in.
Integrated from day one
Mezzanines, canopies, facades and crane loads are built into the frame design, not bolted on afterwards.
Engineering
Engineered to IS 875 / IS 800 / IS 1893 and international practice; STAAD.Pro validation furnished with every design.
